Mohamed Hadid, the real estate developer and father of models Gigi and Bella Hadid, is suing a former employee for allegedly stealing photos of his daughters.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Hadid accused Juan Carlos Gonzalez, a former security guard, of stealing 2,200 private photos from him. The photos include pictures of Gigi and Bella when they were minors, family photos with Michael Jackson and photos from family parties.

Hadid claims that the photos were taken from his office. When he asked for them back, Gonzalez refused.

People reports that Hadid says in the lawsuit that the photos of events were taken by a professional photographer and he owns the copyrights to them.

Hadid is demanding that Gonzalez return the photos and be barred from sharing them publicly. He also wants damages from profits Gonzalez will make if he does sell the photos.

Back in November, TMZ reported that Gigi was being blackmailed by hackers who claimed to have obtained photos from her iCloud account.
