Harrison Ford has officially seen the final cut of 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens,' and he has nothing but good things to say.

In an appearance on Good Morning America, Ford noted that he recently got to see the movie and described it as a great experience.

"It's a wonderful movie," he said. "It's got great production values...it's a real big movie, and I was delighted to see it."

The actor was then asked why he decided to come back to 'Star Wars' even though he originally wanted to be done with the franchise after 'Return of the Jedi.' Ford said he returned because of a really good script and because of the opportunity to work with J.J. Abrams, who he admires.

He avoided any details about the new movie, but he did say that Han Solo has a more complex, emotional story in this movie than in the original trilogy. However, he's still the same Han Solo we all know and love, the actor said.

'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' hits theaters on December 18. It's currently on track to gross $2.8 billion worldwide.
