Authorities are continuing to search for the brother-in-law of Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler after he went missing over a week ago.

The Associated Press noted that Michael Cavallari, who is the sibling of Cutler’s wife and TV personality Kristin Cavallari, has been missing since Nov. 27 when police in Utah found his car abandoned hundreds of miles from his California home.

KSL.com reported that when the vehicle was discovered off Interstate 70, the engine was still running and the airbag had been deployed but there was no sign of the 30-year-old driver.

“A search of the immediate area did not produce the driver,” a news release stated.“The vehicle came back registered to an individual in San Clemente, California. Information received from San Clemente law enforcement led investigators to believe the vehicle was driven by Michael Cavallari. Credit card transaction receipts also led investigators to a convenience store in Monticello, Utah. Upon reviewing the security footage from the convenience store, the driver of the vehicle was positively identified as Michael Cavallari.”

Anyone with any information on Cavallari’s whereabouts is asked to contact law enforcement officials.
