Jeremy Renner has finalized his divorce from Sonni Pacheco, with whom he shares 2-year-old daughter Ava.
Renner and Pacheco were only married for 10 months before she filed for divorce exactly a year ago, citing fraud.
The American Hustle actor has been ordered to pay his ex $13,000 a month in child support, however, she will not be paid spousal support because of the prenuptial agreement she signed before they got married.
According to TMZ, the massive monthly payment isn’t the only money Renner will have to fork over to Pacheco. If he makes more than $2.3 million a year, he has to pay her 5 percent of the excess.
The former couple’s divorce and child custody battle for Ava have not been amicable. In April, they settled their custody case by agreeing to split custody of their daughter.
He has previously accused her of extortion, claiming she threatened to leak private videos if he didn’t marry her to help her get a green card.
