Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner have reached out to the artist responsible for photoshopping their images as part of the #StopViolenceAgainstWomen campaign, which depicts them and bruised and battered.
Reps for the Keeping Up with the Kardashians stars have issued a warning to those responsible for the campaign, which also features similar images of Madonna, Angelina Jolie, Gwyneth Paltrow and Miley Cyrus.
The captions read, "Life can be a fairytale, if you break the silence,” and “No woman is immune from domestic abuse,” TMZ reports.
The photos of Kardashian and Jenner, which no one asked permission to use, are from 2014’s Valentino show. They feature edits like black eyes, cuts on their lips and other scratches and bruises on their faces and necks.
Us Weekly reports Italian artist Alexsandro Palombo is responsible for editing the images.
