Kris Jenner is out to prove she’s the proudest of all the moms out there, because she’s filed legal work to trademark the phrase #ProudMama.
Jenner often posts her kids’ accomplishments on social media with the hasthag and she’s now setting out to make sure no one else can profit off of it.
According to TMZ, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians matriarch has also filed the legal documents, saying it’s for "advertising purposes” and protecting the family’s brand.
If the court recognizes the trademark, Jenner will be able to take legal action against anyone who uses the phrase about their own kids on social media sites. Those who want to be a #ProudMama will either have to keep it offline or ask Jenner for permission.
Jenner has also trademarked the name momager.
