Frequent Fashion Police guest host, Margaret Cho, has been announced as an official co-host of the E! show.
Cho will become a cast-member alongside executive producer, Melissa Rivers, Giuliana Rancic and Brad Goreski. The show continues to get back on its feet after multiple shake-ups that saw both Kelly Osbourne and Kathy Griffin quitting following Rancic’s controversial joke about Zendaya’s hair.
“I love joining the crew of Fashion Police. To me it feels like family,” said Cho in a statement to TheWrap.
“Although I am not quite a fashionista, I would love to look at it like I am changing it up – Fashion Police: Special Victims Unit. It makes me happiest to spend time with Melissa, and when I see her laugh at my joke, I feel like Joan is smiling, somewhere.”
Cho’s first show as a co-host will air next year and will cover the fashion from the red carpet of the Golden Globes. The show will continue to add a revolving door of guest co-hosts to spice it up each episode.
