After nearly 15 months in prison, Teresa Giudice will be released on Wednesday just in time to spend Christmas with her family.

Giudice will get released from the Danbury Federal Correction Institute in Danbury, Conn. early, with her original release date listed as Feb. 5, 2016.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s lawyer, James Leonard Jr. told The AP he will be the one to drive Giudice home later this week. She will then be on home confinement until Feb. 5.

As we previously reported, Giudice will spend Christmas Eve with her brother and sister-in-law Joe and Melissa Gorga. Bravo cameras will reportedly be recording their holiday celebration.

In an interview with People, Melissa said, "I think it's gonna be a really nice Christmas this year. I just think it's gonna be a lot of new beginnings, hopefully just a fresh start, especially for [Giudice]."

She added it will be a "beautiful thing" to see Giudice reunite with her four daughters; Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana.

"I get more happy about her children seeing her," she said. "Everyone can't wait for that reunion for them … it'll be beautiful for her to be actually home with her family."
