TNT greenlighted two more dramas on Thursday: Good Behavior, which stars Downton Abbey’s Michelle Dockery; and Animal Kingdom with Ellen Barkin and Scott Speedman.

Good Behavior is based on Blake Crouch’s Letty Dobesh novels and stars Dockery as the thief and con artist. After leaving prison, she hopes to reunite with her young son, who was being raised by her mother (Luisa Struts). Terry Kinney (Show Me A Hero) stars as Letty’s substance abuse counselor and Juan Diego Botto (Ismael) is a hitman Letty winds up meeting.

Chad Hodge (Wayward Pines) is executive producer/showrunner. Other executive producers include Marty Adelstein and Becky Clements of Tomorrow Studios. Charlotte Sieling directed the pilot.

Animal Kingdom is an ensemble drama with Finn Cole (Peaky Blinders) as a teen who lives with his relatives in Southern California after his mother died from a heroin overdose. Barkin (Sea of Love, Oceans 13) stars as the family matriarch, while Speedman (The Vow) is her right-hand man. Other stars include Ben Robinson, Jake Weary, Daniella Alonso and Molly Gordon.

The series is a John Wells Production with Warner Horizon Television. Southland’s John Wells and Jonathan Lisco are executive producers and Wells directed the pilot. Animal Kingdom was inspired by Australian filmmaker David Michod’s film and Michod is an executive producer on the series.

Both Good Behavior and Animal Kingdom will debut in 2016. Each show will have a 10-episode first season.
