After being charged with sexual assault in Pennsylvania last month, it was announced Wednesday that Bill Cosby will not face two more sexual assault charges in Los Angeles.

CNN reported that prosecutors said neither of the incidents being alleged from 1965 and 2008 could result in charges within the statute of limitations.

"We are satisfied that the Los Angeles DA's office fully and fairly evaluated all the facts and evidence, and came to the right conclusion," said Chris Tayback, an attorney for Cosby.

The accuser of the 1965 alleged assault said that the comedian "forced her to have sexual intercourse" with him at a home in the Hollywood Hills.

In the 2008 alleged assault, the then 18-year-old woman, Chloe Goins, said Cosby molested her after giving her a spiked drink at the Playboy mansion.

Dozens of women came forward last year and made similar allegations against him.

As we previously reported, the disgraced funny man is facing a charge in Pennsylvania of aggravated indecent assault against Andrea Constand in 2004.
