The Flash will be returning to our screens in a matter of weeks and now executive producer Andrew Kreisberg has revealed some plot details.
According to Entertainment Weekly, we will be seeing a beloved character once again who we lost at the end of the first season. Ronnie Raymond, who was Caitlin Snow’s husband, died in a heroic effort to save Central City. Now, he will be returning in a different capacity.
We have already met Earth-2 Harrison Wells and now Robbie Amell will be returning as Earth-2 Ronnie. Kreisberg said, “We are beyond excited to have Robbie back on The Flash.” When we see Ronnie again, he will be a different person, having not gone down the same path as metahuman Firestorm.
Instead, he’s much more “deadly” and is known as Deathstorm.
A trailer for the show’s return revealed we will also meet Earth-2 Caitlin Snow, who is actually Killer Frost. In addition, we also got a glimpse at Earth-2 Barry and Iris.
