Kandi Burruss and her husband, Todd Tucker, have revealed their newborn son’s name as Ace Wells Tucker. Ace was born on Wednesday and joins big sisters Kaela, 19, and Riley, 13.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta stars confirmed they welcomed a son yesterday, telling People he’s “so very perfect.”
“We named our beautiful baby boy Ace because I wanted something unique,” Burruss told E! News. “When he becomes school age, hopefully he won’t have to worry about another person in the class having his name.”
She also explained his middle name, Wells, is in honor of Tucker’s late mother, as it was her last name.
“More than that, Ace represents the number 1 and that of the highest quality and our baby Ace is definitely that!" Burruss continued.
Ace, who weighed 7 lbs., 6 oz. at the time he was born, is the first child Burruss and Tucker have welcomed together.
