Authorities have confirmed that the British soap star and her two young children, who were missing since last month, have been found dead and now her ex-boyfriend is being sought for the murders.

People noted that detectives in England identified three bodies found buried in a garden of former EastEnders star Sian Blake’s home to be Blake, 43 and her two sons, Zachary, 8 and Amon, 4.

Officials said that Blake and her boys died from head and neck injuries and they are now looking for the actress’ ex-boyfriend, Arthur Simpson-Kent, 48, in connection with the murders.

"We are continuing to appeal for any information about the movements of Arthur Simpson-Kent who was last seen by police officers at his home in Erith on 16 December," said Detective Superintendent Paul Monk from Scotland Yard's Homicide and Major Crime Command.

The Daily Mail reported that Blake’s sister said her sibling was planning on breaking things off with Simpson over the Christmas holiday. Investigators are now trying to determine if Simpson might have known that and it could have led to the horrific crime.

Blake played the character of Frankie Pierre in 56 episodes of EastEnders between 1996 and 1997.
