Nick Carter was arrested on Wednesday night while in Key West, Fla. at a bar called the Hog's Breath Saloon.
The Backstreet Boys singer, who is currently expecting his first child with wife Lauren Kitt, was involved in some sort of fight that started inside the bar. He was previously arrested at a nightclub in Tampa, Fla. in 2002.
According to TMZ, on his arrest report for misdemeanor battery, his arresting officer stated his occupation as “None" but it has since been changed to “Singer.” The arrest occurred around 8pm.
Carter and Kitt revealed the gender of their first child live on Dancing with the Stars in November, opening a box to reveal blue balloons for a baby boy.
