Nicki Minaj responds to Adele's rapping skills in her carpool karaoke segment with James Corden

This week’s big video was Adele joining Late Late Show host James Corden for his popular carpool karaoke segment, during which she belted out some of her own hits but other songs as well.

One memorable point of the car ride is when Adele proved she could have a successful rap career by rapping to Nicki Minaj's "Monster."

“Pull thru, QUEEN!!!!!” Minaj wrote as a caption to a clip she posted to Instagram. “#Adele #Monster the attitude & fingers to match. #Oh #Ok #IcoNIC I cried when she waved bye to the careers #Hello #BuhBye."

Minaj also took to Twitter to respond, writing, “Adele is mad ratchet. I can't take her #UK #WutsGood.”

Corden has now managed to get acts like Justin Bieber, One Direction and Mariah Carey to ride around with him for carpool karaoke.
