Scott Disick is proving it pays to be a reality star by purchasing a nearly $6 million home in Hidden Hills, Calif. He moved out of the home he shared with his ex, Kourtney Kardashian, and their three children in July.

Disick sold his bachelor pad to NBA star Russell Westbrook, who plays for the Oklahoma City Thunder, for $4.65 million less than one month ago.

According to the LA Times, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star bought the new seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion for $5.96 million.

"The house is amazing for both entertaining and also very kids-friendly," a source told People. "There is a lot of space for the kids. There is even a special children's wing downstairs with a second family room. There is also a refrigerated wine storage, and the house is perfect for entertaining outside."

The home is 8,110-sqaure-feet and sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, which Disick likely likes for the privacy aspect.
