NBC announced the 16 celebrities that will compete on the next season of The Celebrity Apprentice, which will be the first one hosted by Arnold Schwarzenegger. Warren Buffett and Jessica Alba will also join as advisors.
The eighth season of the show, which still doesn’t have a premiere date, will be the first since NBC decided to cut ties with Donald Trump. Schwarzenegger was picked as the replacement in September.
The advisors on the new season are Buffett; Alba; Clippers owner and former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer; Tyra Banks Company CEO Tyra Banks; and Schwarzenegger’s son Patrick Schwarzenegger.
The celebrity competitors include former Jersey Shore star Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi; boxer Laila Ali; singer Boy George; actress and TV host Brooke Burke-Charvet; NFL hall of famer Eric Dickerson; American Ninja Warrior’s Matt Iseman; Big Morning Live with Carrie Keagan host Carrie Keagan; celebrity stylist Carson Kressley; WNBA star Lisa Leslie; Saturday Night Live’s Jon Lovitz; Motley Crue’s Vince Neil; Real Housewives’ Kyle Richards; UFC star Chael Sonnen; Dish Nation’s Porsha Williams; Heisman Trophy winner Ricky Williams; and Wilson Phillips singer Carnie Wilson.
Also, rather than setting the show in New York, the new season will shift to Southern California. The winner receives a $250,000 check for their favorite charity.
