On the second part of the NCIS and NCIS: New Orleans crossover, we find out that Ducky and Palmer, who were held at gunpoint at the end of the last episode, were used as a ruse so Ellie could get Pavlenko’s body to Loretta in New Orleans. Much to Loretta’s displeasure, she has to do an autopsy in secret in order to find out more information on his death.
Meanwhile, it is Pride’s turn to investigate now that they have Pavlenko’s body and Luca is back in New Orleans. He is still determined to believe in Eva, much to the team, and his sister’s, displeasure. While the team works together and Pride meets up with an old “friend,” Sebastian heads to DC to help Abby.
Through the investigation, the team discovers that whoever killed the people on the plane were getting rid of people who may have known about why the Commander was seeing the Secretary of Defense, including Luca, who was Jenner’s chef.
As the team works to figure out more of project Manta Ray and who is responsible for the deaths on the plane so they can close the case once and for all, we also see more of how Ellie is feeling in the aftermath of her divorce. With the case coming to an end in New Orleans, let’s look at the top moments from “Sister City (Part II).” Also check out our recap of the first part from NCIS.
