Texas Rangers pitcher Cole Hamels is not happy that he was shut out of seeing the Victoria’s Secret Angels strut their stuff on the runway in last year’s fashion show and is suing a promoter who allegedly duped him out of tickets.

The Associated Press reported that Hamels and his wife, Heidi, filed the suit claiming that London-based promoter, Cornucopia Events, did not deliver their tickets to see the show.

The former Philadelphia Phillies pitcher said that the couple paid $70,000 for what they believed was a VIP package. However, they maintain they never received the tickets and only made it as far as the red carpet before they were denied entry into the lingerie show.

"The Cornucopia defendants held themselves out to be a 'VIP' concierge/lifestyle management company with access to the Victoria's Secret fashion show. The Cornucopia defendants did not intend, could not and/or failed to provide the Hamels any entry at all to the [show]," a legal document obtained by Law360 read.

Hamels and Heidi are suing the company for $150,000.
