Kesha took to Twitter to applaud Lady Gaga and vice president Joe Biden for their efforts in shining a light on sexual assault victims during Sunday’s Oscars, which has prompted Dr. Luke to respond.
Kesha has accused the producer of drugging and raping her and she recently lost her legal case against him, which states she has to continue to work with him under her contract with Sony. Dr. Luke has denied all allegations against him, and continued to do after Kesha’s Oscars tweet.
Dr. Luke’s rep has since told TMZ, “Ms. Sebert [Kesha], who in sworn videotaped testimony from 2011 stated that she had never been sexually abused or drugged by Dr. Luke is neither a victim nor the appropriate person to be held up as an example for this important issue."
