Martin Scorsese and Terence Winter’s new HBO show, Vinyl, has already been renewed for a second season. The network picked up the show just four days after the two-hour pilot aired on Feb. 14.
The series stars Bobby Cannavale as the owner of a record label during the 1970s, searching for success in the rock and roll scene. Olivia Wilde, Juno Temple, Ray Romano, Jack Quaid, James Jagger and Paul Ben-Victor also star.
Scorsese and Winter, who teamed up on Boardwalk Empire and The Wolf of Wall Street, created the show with Rolling Stones singer Mick Jagger and Rich Cohen. Scorsese directed the two-hour pilot.
Vinyl’s first season runs 10 episodes. Each episode airs on Sundays at 9 p.m.
