Singer Bobby Brown said this morning that he is not happy with the public release of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s autopsy report.

On March 3, a Fulton County, Georgia judge granted a request from local media to have Bobbi Kristina’s autopsy report made public. Then, this morning, the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s office released a statement that confirmed that the 22-year-old’s cause of death was drowning in the bathtub and that she had various drugs in her system at the time.

In a statement to E! News, Brown said he did not approve of the public release of the documents.

“First and foremost, 23 years ago today, Bobbi Kristina was born. Krissy will always live in my heart and soul. I love my baby girl,” Brown told the site. “For news affiliates to seek and obtain my daughter's autopsy report, before anyone has been brought to justice for her death is mind blowing to me. Please pray for my family.”

Bobbi Kristina died in July 2015. She had been in a coma since January 2015, when she was found unconscious in her bathtub. The Brown family later filed a $10 million wrongful death lawsuit against her boyfriend, Nick Gordon.

Gordon has not been charged with a crime and has denied the Brown family’s claims.

Bobbi Kristina was the only child of Brown and his ex-wife, the late Whitney Houston.
