Ex-Subway pitchman and convicted pedophile, Jared Fogle, has reportedly gained 30 pounds since being behind bars for the past few months while serving his 16-year prison sentence.
According to In Touch magazine, insiders have said that Fogle is taunted and threatened by other inmates and therefore has been stress eating and packed on the pounds. Fogle had previously lost 200 pounds eating Subway sandwiches and was tapped as their pitchman for several years.
“Jared’s breakfast is usually Frosted Flakes with fruit or oatmeal with cake. He loves ‘cake day’ in the dining hall twice a week and he buys Honey Buns by the box, as well as other pastries in the commissary on his weekly shopping day," the source said. "He’s been known to eat an entire box of eight at one sitting.”
Fogle plead guilty to possessing child pornography and having sex with minors in August. As we previously reported, he was transferred to the low-security Federal Correctional Institution Englewood just outside of Denver last December.
