Gwyneth Paltrow stopped by The Tonight Show to promote her new organic skincare line goop by Juice Beauty and to prove how healthy it is, she and Jimmy Fallon actually ate it.
To show the skincare is made with natural “food-grade” preservatives, Paltrow and Fallon took some McDonald’s French fries and dipped them into the skincare.
“All the preservatives are food-grade preservatives, organic food-grade,” she explained. “So you could eat it technically if you wanted to.”
After each dunking a fry into a goop bottle, she joked it tasted somewhere in between “ranch and bath soap.”
“I’m very into healthy food and wellness and I think this is an extension of trying to eat well,” she explained of her desire to create the line.
Also on the show, Paltrow sang along to awkward text messages with Fallon in a segment called “First Textual Experience."
