Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice completed her prison sentence in December, and this week her husband Joe Giudice will report to serve a 41-month sentence. On Monday, March 21, he said his goodbyes to about 150 family members and friends at a going away party.
The party was thrown by the couple’s good friend, John Harms, who hosted it at his restaurant Blu Alehouse in Riverdale, N.J.
"I've been friends with Joe and Teresa since before the show,” Harms told E! News. “My partners and I have gotten to know Joe over time and we wanted to do something nice for him two nights before he went away—a way for everyone to say goodbye."
Harms went on to call it a “family reunion,” saying there were about 150 people in total there and about 50 of them being kids.
Since Tuesday, March 22 is Giudice’s last night with his wife and their four daughters before he reports to jail on Wednesday, March 23, he’s spending it at home with them.
Teresa was released from Danbury Federal Correctional Facility on Dec. 23 after serving 11 months out of her 15-month sentence.
