The famous siblings Kim, Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian are being sued over their failed beauty line and have been accused of “fraud” and “deceit.”

TMZ reported that the financial management company Hillair Capital Management is suing the sisters for $180 million and claiming that they did not promote the line and therefore allowed it to fold.

The Kardashians initially partnered with Boldface and launched the beauty collection in 2012. Hillar then bought Kardashian Beauty two years later.

Gossip Cop noted that in the lawsuit, filed on March 21, Hillar alleged it “agreed to put up millions of dollars to help the Kardashians salvage their struggling [line]” and in turn believed it would be promoted on the Kardashians' social media accounts. The firm claims they did not do so and has accused them of breach of contract, fraud and deceit, breach of covenant of good faith and fair dealing, breach of fiduciary duty, promissory estoppel and negligent misrepresentation.

The reality stars have not commented on the suit.
