Kristin Cavallari openly revealed on March 16 that she and her husband, Jay Cutler, attend couple's therapy to maintain and strengthen their marriage.

The 29-year-old television personality is known for being honest and blunt when it comes to discussing her life and relationships with others. This was no different when she discussed her marriage to 32-year-old Chicago Bears quarterback, Cutler, on Wake Up With Taylor on Sirius XM.

Cavallari admitted, "Jay and I, our relationship, I’m very honest, we don’t have a perfect relationship. You know, we work on it. We’re in therapy.”

Cavallari also said the two began couple's therapy after calling off their engagement in 2011. When asked if she thinks therapy is what brought them back together, Cavallari responded, "100 percent I think it saved our relationship."

"I realized why I react certain ways to certain things, and you learn great tools for communication, which is the most important thing, I think,” Cavallari said.

The couple married in 2013 and now have three children together; Camden, Jaxon and Saylor, who are 3 years, 2 years and 3 months respectively.
