Lady Gaga is continuing to defend Kesha after she lost her lawsuit against Sony and will be forced to continue to work with Dr. Luke despite her rape allegations.

The “Till It Happens To You” singer, who herself is a rape victim, spoke with Carson Daly on AMP Radio on Monday, March 7.

Gaga said she talks to Kesha “every day,” adding, “I just want to stand by her side because I can’t watch another woman that went through what I’ve been through suffer, you know? And have everyone have a go at her as if, you know, she’s lying.”

She went on to say she doesn’t like to watch Kesha’s “light burn out” because the "Tik Tok" singer doesn’t think her allegations are being heard.

“I’m friends with her personally and what I’m watching her go through is not only something I’ve been through, but something that’s really devastating to witness,” she said. “Somebody that has such a beautiful light within them, so much talent to give.”
