Lady Gaga has accepted American Horror Story executive producer Ryan Murphy’s invitation to come back for the anthology show’s sixth season.
Back in October, Murphy invited her to come back after she was “so brilliant” in American Horror Story: Hotel. Gaga didn’t respond right away, instead waiting until her interview with Z100 New York this morning.
Gaga said she will be back, but added, “I can’t promise you how or when or anything like that,” reports TVLine.
It’s still not known what Murphy has up his sleeve for season six, although FX’s John Landgraf hinted in January that it will mostly be set in the present.
Gaga starred as The Countess on Hotel. The performance earned her a Golden Globe. The singer was also nominated for an Oscar for co-writing the song “‘Till It Happens To You” with Diane Warren.
