Madonna has another controversy under her belt after an incident involving a teenage fan during a concert in Brisbane, Australia.

According to CNN, the incident happened March 17 when a 17-year-old fan was brought on stage. Commenting on the girl’s good looks, Madonna said, “She’s the kind of girl you just want to slap on the a**” before pulling down her top to expose one of the girl’s breasts.

The incident happened for just a second, but enough to get the Internet talking. After the exposure, Madonna said “Sorry…sexual harassment. You can do the same to me. Good luck.”

The Guardian reported the girl, Josephine Georgiou, was not bothered by the incident. Talking to Brisbane’s Courier Mail newspaper, Georgiou said she would not be suing the star.

“Seriously, why would I sue Madonna for the best moment of my life?” She said during concert when she was on stage, the singer called her “a Victoria’s Secret model” and it was a flattering experience.

Reportedly, however, some lawyers in Australia said it could be a form of sexual assault without consent of the other party, 9News Australia reported.

Georgiou said that no one but her could “decide if I’m humiliated or not.”

Some have worried about Madonna’s state of mind during her tour, especially after she arrived hours late for one of her stops.

Madonna is in currently in the middle of a custody battle involving her son, Rocco.
