Mariah Carey and James Packer will have a small, but lavish wedding in the Caribbean. Their ceremony will take place on the exclusive island of Barbuda.
They have decided on only inviting 50 guests to the wedding, who will all be flown out to the island via private jet. There’s no date set yet but the couple is reportedly eyeing sometime in June.
TMZ reports it’s a destination Packer knows well, considering he’s building a resort there with actor Robert De Niro worth $250 million.
Packer, an Australian billionaire, proposed to Carey back in January with a 35-carat diamond ring. He popped the question at Eleven Madison Park in New York City.
Carey is currently filming a reality show called Mariah’s Squad, so we might get a glimpse of her relationship with Packer on it. The show will take fans behind the scenes on her Las Vegas residency, her European tour and more.
