Talulah Riley has filed for divorce from billionaire Elon Musk … again.
The Associated Press noted that both Musk and the actress agreed to divorce and decided that Riley file the petition. She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason to end their marriage and is asking for spousal support.
The CEO of SpaceX and Tesla Motors married Riley in 2010, but they divorced just two years later. However, in 2013, the pair got back together and re-married. Then, in another twist, Musk filed for divorce in 2014. Several months later though, he withdrew that petition.
Riley has had roles in the films Thor: The Dark World, Inception and Pride & Prejudice. Currently, she is writing a fiction novel titled Acts of Love. Musk is also credited with acting roles as he has appeared in Iron Man 2 and The Big Bang Theory.
Musk has five children from his previous marriage to Justine Musk. He and Riley do not share any children.
