The latest episode of NCIS: Los Angeles focused on Sam and Callen looking into who had been taking surveillance images of Sam’s family. It leads them to Thomas Karume and a the Lord’s Resistance Army. The team works to figure out how to track Karume to find out who could have given them information on Sam’s family. Because there is a mole within the Office of Special Projects, it is likely whoever was helping their other mole is part of it.

Meanwhile while Sam and Callen are in Africa, Kensi and Deeks hold down the fort at home. They track down their old friend Elmslie in order to find out how to find Karume, who has been on the run for ten years without being caught. They are soon lead to the South Sudan Justice Center, who claim to be raising funds to help stop Karume.

This was an interesting episode that brought back Jada Khaled, who was seen in an earlier episode this season when Sam tried to help her before her brother could have her killed. The audience also got to see Sam in new territory, especially when his family was put in danger. Check out some of the key factors from “Revenge Deferred.”
