Chris Hemsworth is a Rihanna fan.
The Thor actor gave a dramatic reading of Rihanna’s hit song “Work” on BBC’s radio 1 over the weekend and the video of his performance has gone viral.
Hemsworth joked with the hosts at the end of reading about the message of the song.
“It just drummed up a whole lot of feelings, emotions, and past experiences,” Hemsworth said. “It makes you just want to get to work, doesn’t it? Hear that, kids? Get a job.”
Hemsworth has three kids, India, 4, and twins Tristian and Sasha, 2, with wife Elsa Patasky. He recently opened up to Modern Luxury Magazine about wanting to move his family back to Australia from L.A.
“I love what I do as an actor, but when you are surrounded by it constantly, it becomes a bit suffocating,” he explained, “It’s nice to have conversations with people and be a part of a community that doesn’t live and breathe that world.”
