Look out, New York City: the wizarding world of Harry Potter is headed stateside in the new trailer for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

Eddie Redmayne stars as Hogwarts expel-ee Newt Scamander, an expert on the beasts of the wizarding universe. This story, inspired by, but not directly adapted, from the 2001 book of the same name, was written by J.K. Rowling herself, and will be the first in a trilogy featuring the character.  The trailer finds Scamander traveling to 1920s New York. Colin Farrell co-stars as New York wizard Graves, and although he's rarely glimpsed in the trailer, his character's voice-over can be heard throughout. The film will hit theaters in November 2016.
