If Larry David's turns as Bernie Sanders on Saturday Night Live in recent weeks have left you itching for a Seinfeld reunion, look no further than this week's episode.
A Seinfeld mini-reunion of sorts occurred when Julia Louis-Dreyfus took SNL by storm as the host on April 16. David returned as a guest to play Sanders opposite Kate McKinnon's Hillary Clinton in a cold open sketch about the most recent Democratic debate.
Since the debate took place in Brooklyn, naturally Julia Louis-Dreyfus showed up in full Elaine Bennett regalia to grill the candidates on their positions. The resulting sketch was less political satire than it was an homage to many of Seinfeld's greatest quirks, including "yada yada yadas" aplenty.
