Have you ever wondered what it's like to skateboard in space? Well, legendary skateboarder Tony Hawk got pretty close when he filmed himself doing tricks on a plane in zero-gravity.
The video was filmed in collaboration with Sony and flight company Zero-G. Hawk performs tricks alongside Aaron "Jaws" Homoki in a zero-gravity aircraft.
"We've been battling gravity our whole lives. Today we get to try some tricks that we only ever dreamed about," Hawk said.
The two start the video skateboarding in moon level gravity which is approximately 1/6 human weight before switching to zero gravity. From there, Hawk and Homoki flipped and spun to their hearts' content and although there were more than a few falls and collisions, it was clear they were having fun all the way.
