In the final big day of upfront presentations in a packed week, The CW announced its lineup for fall and previewed their new addition for the midseason.

Mark Pedowitz, president of The CW, said in a press release today, “we are thrilled to have Supergirl on The CW this fall, joining our popular roster of DC heroes. Plus, we have three new series lined up for next season that perfectly fit our brand, with the smart, charming comedy No Tomorrow and the high-stakes drama Frequency this fall, and the subversive take on small-town life, Riverdale, at midseason."

The network shoots for a super female-centered night, pairing new network addition Supergirl on Mondays with the CW's heavy standout hit Jane The Virgin.

New comedy No Tomorrow joins the lineup on Tuesdays after superhero breakout The Flash this fall and new drama addition Frequency starring Mekhi Phifer follows another super series Arrow on Wednesdays.

The much-anticipated adaptation of the Archie comic books Riverdale, which stars Cole Sprouse, Luke Perry and newcomer KJ Apa as Archie, will finally join the schedule in midseason.
