Monday, May 30 is Memorial Day and one way to honor our veterans and soldiers is through music.
Interstate 10 is a group who are currently on deployment themselves and this has not stopped them from releasing a tribute video set to their song “I’m Gonna Miss You.”
On their YouTube video page, they wrote that they planned on donating $500 if they reach 100,000 views between May 26 and Memorial Day at midnight. in order to give money to the Children of Fallen Patriots. As of the afternoon of Memorial Day, the page has received over 200,000 views.
The group said both the song and the video was a tribute to the soldiers who passed away during the fight for our country.
A quote from the two men, Andrew and Justin, stated “Please help us spread awareness and remind the public to remember this Memorial Day. For that we salute you, all the way from Afghanistan.”
