A man, who authorities have described as “disoriented” and “disturbed,” showed up at Taylor Swift’s New York City pad on Tuesday evening.

The New York Daily News reported that Lucas Vorsteveld was spotted outside the singer’s Tribeca apartment by her security guards just before 6 p.m. When police arrived on the scene they detained him and searched his duffle bag. Vorsteveld is believed to be the same man who was taken into custody near Swift’s Rhode Island home in 2013.

BBC Newsbeat noted that the 25-year-old allegedly told NYPD officers that he “belonged there.” He was then transported to a hospital for a psychiatric evaluation.

Swift was not home at the time of the incident as she was in Los Angeles attending an awards ceremony.
