A pair of botched breasts, a former Playboy model hoping for a new face and a reality TV star are featured in episode 6 season 3 of Botched. Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Debrow utilize their skill set to help restore confidence in their patients during the hour-long episode.

For the doctors first patient, they meet Frenchy, a reality TV star who is best known for her role in Rock of Love. Growing up, she said she wanted to look like her French doll. After having two breast operations, she said her goal is to have even larger breasts. During one scene, Frenchy went to the beach with her friend and tells her about her plans to see the Botched doctors to rid her scars she has and to make her breasts bigger. After making a grand entrance during her consultation, Dr. Dubrow recognizes her from Rock of Love. She says she has spent more than $50,000 on plastic surgery but wants more.

While examining her breasts, Dr. Dubrow said her scars on her breasts are as good as its could get. Dr. Dubrow said she has a small frame and if she gets her breasts any closer to where she wants them, she could get a uni-boob. After Frenchy explains she wants 1000 cc implants, Dr. Dubrow tells her that 1000 cc implants are not made and encourages her to be happy with what she has. Although there is nothing the doctors can do for her, Frenchy says she is confident in the doctors decisions.

Kathy, former model, event planner and the second patient, went to Ecuador for her plastic surgery to remove the wrinkles on her neck and to have a nose job. When she was younger, she was approached by Playboy and began attending parties at the Playboy Mansion. She began event planning by selling tickets to parties at the mansion.  While in Ecuador, Kathy got a facelift and also had a nose job that became botched. The doctor prescribed her Asprin, which should not  have been prescribed. When she woke up, she vomited blood and now has numerous scars.  During her consultation, she explained her situation and how she bleed out a lot and needed 3-pints of blood transfused into her.

After examining her nose, Dr. Nassif said a lot of cartilage had been removed and had been fractured. Dr. Nassif said they will strive for great but not perfect and will also do a revision facelift. Before her surgery, Kathy says she wants to have a nose like her natural nose but then changes her mind to wanting her nose smaller than her natural nose. Dr. Nassif clarifies with her about what she really wants. Dr. Nassif will tighten her neck, give her a face lift and then help her get the nose she wants. The doctor says he has to be careful with the nerves in her face and notices she has an extremely thin tissue, making the surgery more difficult. For her first check in with Dr. Nassif, she says she is excited to see her new face for the first time. After doing a nerve test, Dr. Nassif feels better about knowing her nerves are all intact. To show off her new face, Kathy throws a party as all her friends and family celebrate her happiness and new confidence.

Serena, a 28-year-old patient, said she grew up waiting for her breasts to develop more, but they never did. After talking with her aunt who had breast implants, she made an appointment with the same doctor. After she had the surgery, she was not feeling well and felt like her muscles were tearing. When she consulted with the doctor, she said her doctor said he could not help her.

During her consultation with Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif, she explained to the Botched doctors her previous doctor would not help her any further and made the comment "at least you're not going to be a stripper." After doing her own research, she found out she had symastia. Symastia is defined as a confluence of the breast tissue of both breasts across the mid-line anterior to the sternum. After Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif look at her breasts, Dr. Dubrow says she has full on symastia and her breasts are too far down. Dr. Dubrow explains his first goal is to help her have two separate breasts. Before Serena went in for surgery, she told the story about seagulls swooping in and taking her pain medicine. Dr. Dubrow said he always gives the patient medication before the surgery since patients will not be in any condition to go to the pharmacy after.

While in surgery, Dr. Dubrow removed her implants and once the pockets were equal, he replaced the implants with new ones. He notices she has thin tissue, making it difficult to give her large breasts. After her first check in, she says she feels great, especially compared to her previous surgery. After 6 weeks, Serena went out to a bar with her friends to show off her new breasts. "I'm on cloud 9, I feel unstoppable and confident" Since the surgery, she said she no longer has the pain and anxiety.
