Supergirl has been adding actors to its Season 2 lineup and now the show has casts the woman who played another iconic female superhero role on T.V.

The Wrap reported that Lynda Carter, who starred in the series Wonder Woman from 1975 to 1979, will now appear as President of the United States in the upcoming Supergirl season.

It has not been announced how any episodes Carter will be featured in.

As we reported, it was announced earlier this month that Tyler Hoechlin, who most recently starred as Derek Hale on MTV’s Teen Wolf will play Supergirl’s cousin, Superman, next season.

Supergirl Season 2 returns this fall to The CW.
