The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast was hit with a tragedy over the weekend as Johnny "The Greek" Karagiorgis passed away following a heart attack.
ET confirmed that Penny Drossos-Karagiorgis’ husband died from a sudden heart attack on June 4.
Karagiorgis was not a full-time member of the cast but he was featured on the hit show and involved in a memorable brawl with Melissa Gorga's husband, Joe Gorga, at Kim DePaola's Posche 2 store in 2013.
Karagiorgis was the co-owner of the popular hot dog eatery Rutt's Hut in Clifton, New Jersey.
He is survived by his wife and son, Niko.
