We can take performing at the White House off of Ariana Grande's list of problems.

On Friday, July 22, WikiLeaks exposed thousands of emails from the Democratic National Commitee, and one consisted of Grande's donut licking scandal.

The emails uncovered that Grande was in consideration to perform for President Obama at a White House gala in September. However, the incident in which she was seen licking a donut and declaring she "hates America" cost her the high honor.

"Can we also vet Arianna Grande?" DNC finance chair Zachary Allen requested in an email. The response to the inquiry was a lengthy explanation of the "Into You" singer's scandal last July.

“Ariana Butera - video caught her licking other peoples’ donuts while saying she hates America; Republican Congressman used this video and said it was a double standard that liberals were not upset with her like they are with Trump who criticized Mexicans; cursed out a person on Twitter after that person used an offensive word towards her brother,” a search forwarded to White House staffers states.

Grande's White House hopes were diminished as one staffer replied "Nope, sorry."

After Donutgate, the 23-year-old issued an apology for the occurrence stating, "I have never been prouder to be an American."
