Jesse Williams isn’t letting an online petition, even one that has called for him to be fired from TV, get him down as he was just spotted having some fun in the sun with his Grey’s Anatomy co-star.
Ellen Pompeo shared a few Instagram shots of the two paddleboarding in Maui, Hawaii.
“When you vacation with @ijessewilliams and he’s afraid to lose to you in a paddleboard race,” the actress wrote.
She also shared a video of the two horsing around in the water.
The vacation pics come at a time when a petition on Change.Org, demanding that he be fired from the prime time show, has gained around 10,000 signatures and counting.
As we reported, the petition was started by someone named Erin Smith who called for Williams’ firing after his BET Awards acceptance speech which she described as “racist, hate speech against law enforcement and white people.”
