Kanye West pays tribute to late mother via Twitter

Kanye West does have an soft side, which was brought out via Twitter on his late mother’s 67^th birthday.

On Tuesday night, the rapper posted a beautiful message on the social network regarding his deceased mother, Donda West, and daughter North West.

“NORI ASKED IF THE AIRPLANE COULD TAKE HER TO HEAVEN TO SEE YOU FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY,” West revealed. “I LOVE YOU MOM” West added with a snap of a younger Kanye and his mother.

In November, the Grammy award winner paid tribute to his mother by featuring an “In Loving Memory” airbrushed photo on a T-shirt at his Yeezy Season 3 fashion show.

The shirt also paid respect with an airbrushed picture of wife Kim Kardashian’s deceased father, Robert Kardashian.

West has disclosed that he blames himself for his mother’s death telling Q Magazine, “If I had never moved to L.A., she’d be alive.”

Donda West had an untimely death on Nov. 10, 2007 after undergoing liposuction and breast-reduction surgery.
