Tituss Burgess apparently had an awful experience with a New York City moving company recently and after a no show and being told to do a Yelp review, he decided to reveal what happened and how nasty things got.

The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt actor posted a video on social media claiming that the Brooklyn-based company, Frank’s Express, did not send movers when they said they would. He also said that when he contacted them about it, he was he needed to do a Yelp review before he received any service.

Burgess added that text messages were exchanged between him and a representative at the company and from the looks what he posted on Twitter things really got bad.

A screenshot of the texts he said were exchanged between him and a Frank’s Express employee show that Burgess was called a homophobic slur.

In response to Burgess’ claim, Frank’s Express issued a statement to the actor saying, “We are very sorry for fatal misunderstanding.” Then, however, the company noted that it was not Frank's that Burgess dealt with and that none of its employees have ever spoken to him. Furthermore, the statement explained that Frank’s suspects “someone is using our good Company name and our reputation. We have appealed to USDOT for help to find cheaters.”
