Free-agent center Pau Gasol confirmed on Tuesday via Twitter that he will sign with the San Antonio Spurs.

According to Yahoo Sports, Gasol will sign a two-year, $30 million-plus deal with the Spurs. He will have the option of re-entering free agency after the upcoming season or sign a long-term deal with the Spurs. The Portland Trail Blazers, Minnesota Timberwolves and the Toronto Raptors were the other teams that were interested in Gasol.

Gasol spent the last two seasons with the Chicago Bulls after playing with the Los Angeles Lakers and the Memphis Grizzlies. He averaged 16.5 points and 11 rebounds last season, according to ESPN. He is a six-time All-Star and has won two NBA championships in his career. Gasol is planning to play for Spain in the Rio Olympics this summer.
