Well, well, well the moment we've been waiting for has finally came. After an entire year, I know all of you were more than thrilled to hear the beginning the Power theme song.

"They say this is a big rich town" are the eight magical words that fill us with Joy inside. I don't know about any of you, but I actually sing along with the theme song every time it comes on. Yes, I am a fully dedicated fan, but enough about me. Before I get into this recap I think it's appropriate to review the events that unfolded in the last episode of season 2.

First, we know that Kanan a.k.a. 50 Cent's character murdered his own son Shawn for getting a little too close to Ghost. After finding this out Ghost confronts Kanan in a extremely violent manner. The two get into a huge brawl and Ghost ends up killing Kanan by stabbing him with a piece of glass and setting him and the building they were in on fire. Tommy finds out that Ghost paid his girlfriend to skip town and immediately looses his trust in his best friend. Ghost believed he killed Lobos, but little does he know Lobos survived. Once Lobos was conscious and able to speak, he called Tommy. He told him that he believed that he had nothing to do with the attack that was made on him. Lobos knew that Ghost did it. He told Tommy that he had to kill Ghost and work for him or else he would kill his girlfriend and his dog. We also find out that one of Angela's worker's who is the head of the FBI department is working with Lobos undercover. The episode ends with the police looking through the burnt down building that Ghost killed Kanan in. They discover that whoever was left in the building while it was burning had escaped. Then it is revealed that Kanan is not dead, but alive. Now that we've went over everything, lets get into this recap!

Ghost and Angela Together in Public:

The episode begins with Ghost and Angela stepping out of a Limo and entering his club. It is the reopening of Ghost's club and it seems to be going extremely well. The drinks are flowing, the music is booming and the club is packed. Ghost and Angela stand on a balcony to look over the club and seem satisfied with the turnout.

Angela and Ghost kiss in public as if there is nothing to hide. After kissing Ghost she checks her pocketbook and we discover that she is carrying a gun. Does Angela secretly fear being with Ghost?

Where's Ghost?:

Tommy gets into a fight with a couple of Hispanic gang members because he came on their turf. Usually they would pay their respects because Ghost was always by his side. Now that Ghost has left the streets and is focusing on his club, Tommy has to run things on the streets. Since the gang members were not familiar with Tommy they get into a brawl with him and his partner Julio.

The police find them fighting and start to chase them. Tommy and Julio get away from the cops. Julio tells Tommy that there was no money or products to sell on the streets. He tells Tommy they needed Ghost to fix the problem.

Tasha Comforts Her Son:

Tasha, Ghost's wife, is still living in their home, even though she knows that Ghost is sleeping with Angela. Tasha sees her son pacing back and forth with a sad look on his face. She asks him whats wrong and he tells her he wants to know if Shawn is still alive. Tasha comforted him and told him that they'll find out soon enough, even though she knew that he was dead.

Someone's Snooping on Ghost:

Ghost looks through the camera footage in his office and comes across a girl in a black dress. She looked through his desk drawer for a moment and then seemed to have planted something in his office.

Who Killed Shawn?

Ghost came over the house to speak to Tasha. He told her he wanted to sit down with the kids and tell them the truth about Angela. However, Tasha was more concerned in him telling the kids what happened to Shawn. Tasha accused Ghost of killing Shawn, but he told her what really happened. Ghost told Tasha that he killed Kanan when he found out that Kanan killed his son Shawn.

He explained that it was the reason why his faced was bruised up.

No More Tommy and Ghost:

Tasha runs into Tommy on the street and tells him that Shawn is dead. Tommy has a look of pure shock on his face when he finds out. Tasha tells Tommy that Ghost told her that he killed Kanan and Kanan killed Shawn. However, she does not fully believe Ghost because he has lied to her before. Tommy tells Tasha that Ghost was telling the truth about Kanan and then starts to walk away from her. She asks Tommy what was going on between him and Ghost, but Tommy continued to walk away. The last thing she asks Tommy was if he was mad at Ghost for leaving the streets and Tommy replied with, "Bye, Tasha."

Lobos Is Still Alive:

The FBI agent who is working with Lobos comes into the hospital room to visit him. As soon as he walks in the room Lobos grabs something and tries to stab him. He was upset with the agent because he was not following his plan. The agent tells Lobos that Ghost may be a problem, but he tells him that he has everything under control. Lobos suggested that someone should kill Angela because she may reveal to Ghost that he was still alive. The agent tells him it would be horrible if a U.S. agent died on his hands and that Angela may be useful in their plan to break Lobos's case.

Angela's Interview with Lobos:

Angela interviews Lobos and asks him how he was almost killed in his jail cell. He explained to her that his meal was delivered to him through a slot and suddenly someone started to stab him multiple times. Lobos told Angela that he believed the Jimenez sent someone to kill him. When really he knows that Ghost was the one who put a hit out on him.

Tommy's Ultimatum:

Lobos calls Tommy to give him an important message. Tommy tells Lobos that he needed product to sell on the streets because he wasn't making any money. Lobos said that Tommy had to kill Ghost first before he gave him any product. He wanted everyone to think he was dead and that Ghost killed him. Lobos demanded Tommy to kill Ghost or he would kill his girlfriend and his dog.

Tommy Shows Them Who's Boss:

Tommy found the two his Hispanic gang members that gave him a problem in the beginning of the episode. He wrapped their bodies up with bubble wrap and duct tape to show them just who they were messing with.

Then, Tommy killed one by pushing him off the building. He pushed the other one off as well, leaving him with a broken leg. Tommy told Julio that he was in charge now and Ghost was out of the picture.

Ghost Knows that Lobos is Alive:

Julio comes to visit Ghost at his club. He tells him that Lobos is alive and he needed Ghost back on the streets to fix the problem. Julio tells Ghost that Tommy is in charge, but he fears that he will end up getting everyone killed. Ghost refuses to return to the streets, but seems to be very concerned about Lobos being alive.

James is not Ghost Anymore:

Angela questioned Ghost about why Julio came to visit him at the club. She recognized his tattoo and knew that he was in a gang. Ghost told Angela that he used to work with Julio when he sold drugs in the streets. He told her that Julio came to the club to make him come back to the streets, but he told him that he was not coming back. Angela told Ghost that Lobos was alive even though her department order her not to tell anyone. Especially Ghost. She told Ghost that he was safe from Lobos because he thought that the Jimenez was the one who tried to kill him. However Ghost knew that Lobos lied to Angela and that he was out to get him.

Ghost is Back:

Tommy walked into his apartment and found a trail of blood. He followed the bloody trail to discover his dog lying on the ground lifeless. He knew who did it, he knew why they did it and he knew what he had to do. Kill Ghost. Throughout this whole episode Ghost has convinced himself and others that he is no longer working in the streets. He tells everyone to address him as James instead of Ghost.

He says Ghost is dead and is never returning. As Angela leaves the bed to go into the shower James picks up his phone to make a phone call. He says, "Tommy I need to talk to you, it's Ghost."

I guess Ghost never left after all.
