Leonardo DiCaprio and his girlfriend Nina Agdal were involved in a car crash in the Hamptons over the weekend.

The New York Post was the first to report on the incident and law enforcement officials confirmed that the actor and Danish model were in an accident around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 20, on Montauk Highway.

Witnesses said that Leo and his lady were in a Range Rover when they were hit from behind by a woman driving a Mini Cooper, who DiCaprio immediately checked on.

“She was shaken up. Leo was nice about it. He motioned for her to come with him and he helped her over to the guardrail so she could rest,” an eyewitness recalled.

The accident was said to be minor and none of the parties required medical treatment. An ambulance was dispatched to the highway but only as a precaution.

DiCaprio's car did not have any significant damage, but the Mini Cooper did on its front end and had to be towed from the scene.

There is no word yet about any charges being filed.
